Product Sourcing
With a relation with more than 50 suppliers specializing in their respective products we have the capacity to response to any query from any buyer. Searching for new sources with new or different products is an ongoing and never ending process. We carefully and closely analyze the companies based on the strengths and weaknesses in terms of their infrastructure, production capacity, innovative product designing and development, management, working conditions, production processes and their attitude towards work. Once the company is approved to be suitable for working as per our standards we then segregate them into different categories based on their production capacities and product uniqueness. This categorization helps us in serving different buyers with different needs and also helps us in allocating the various orders to different suppliers according to their strengths and capacities.

Product Development
Product development is based on the requirements from the client. The product development becomes active once the buyer has approved on our sourced samples. Products are developed according to buyer's requirements and dispatched within the schedule date. All the samples are checked before sending so that the modifications, if any, are taken care of. We put all important data tags required by the buyer and keep a counter sample in our record for all follow-up.

Being well conversant with Indian market, we help you reach the exact source to develop your designs. All trade related aspects such as handling samples, approvals, purchase orders etc are efficiently taken care of. We shall keep you acquainted with the latest range of products that meet your specifications.

Merchandising
This involves entire execution of order from the initial to final stage, till the shipment is on board with massive and close follow up at various stages of production and updating buyer accordingly. Apart from this we take care of the entire packaging to be followed for a particular order. Normally we prefer to make it uniform for all the orders and standardize same so that it is approved once and for all and becomes easier for buyer too.

Our close ties with various suppliers, traders and our experienced liaison makes it a priority to track your orders efficiently, on a timely basis and consequently, keep you abreast with the status of your orders.

Supplier Evaluation
Providing unmatched quality products at the most economical price that suit your requirement just perfectly, is a supreme consideration for Indian-connections . To achieve this end, the company undertakes a detailed vendor evaluation while sourcing its merchandise from various suppliers.

Audits and Evaluations are conducted to check the production capacity and the infrastructure of the chosen suppliers. The evaluation of the supplier's company plays a vital role in contributing to the end product. We make sure that the supplier has adequate resources and man power to complete the production and meet with buyer's quality standards. Thorough Audits are conducted by our professionals to foresee the supplier's strength, the facilities being provided to their employees so that they wok in full swing and in turn the merchandise could be dispatched within scheduled date.

Quality Control/ Assurance
We always try to improve the production process so that a flawless product is produced by default. We work with the supplier at their factories, study the production process and incorporate necessary changes and set a system which helps in producing accurate and perfect product. With our dedicated team willing to put in their expertise into the product we try and accomplish our aim of "Total customer Satisfaction". We believe that quality control exercise must be simultaneous to production and is not a one time exercise and for this reason we monitor the quality at each stage of production in all respects. We take care of the goods right from the beginning till the final packing.

Our in-process inspections ensure that all shortcomings found in the products are addressed by the manufacturer while the production process is on. The final product inspection ensures high quality of product.

Documentation and shipping coordination
We check all shipping documents as per buyers instructions and ensure dispatch of documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyers L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and their clearing agents.

Logistic Support
Correct and prompt development and delivery of shipments is the essence of our service. Hence all orders are closely monitored to ensure that they are shipped on time as per the schedule. We keep daily track of all our shipments and send regular shipping update to our clients keeping them fully informed about all their orders.

The Logistic Department makes sure that all the documents required for import are sent to the buyer in order to avoid delay in clearance of goods at destination. We finally send a shipping advice with all relevant details of shipment.

Professionally managed shipment consolidation & tracking not only ensures timely delivery, but also significant cost savings for our buyers.

Our team works in perfect synergy with your nominated consolidator to plan an effective cargo consolidation. It ensures consolidation of only the quality approved goods, preferably as full container load (FCLs), leading to optimization of shipping costs. Our MIS provides regular periodic updates on shipping status.

Drafting legal opinion and advice on matters concerning Company Law, SEBI Regulations, Exchange Control Regulations, Income Tax, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, Service Tax, Excise Laws, Custom Laws, Import-export procedures, Contract Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, Limitation Act and various other laws.

Advising and assistance on all types of corporate restructuring viz., merger, de- merger, amalgamation, reorganization of capital, compromise with members or creditors or any other arrangement with respect to the share capital, assets or liabilities of the company.

1.  Advising the clients on various modes of establishing business in India viz., liaison office, branch office, project office, 100% subsidiary, joint venture with an Indian partner in line with the      Government of India's sectorial policy on foreign investments.
2.  Drafting of foreign collaboration proposals (investment and technology) for the approval of the Secretariat for Industrial Assistance (SIA)/ Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), Ministry of      Industries, Govt. of India.
3.  Drafting and vetting of foreign collaboration agreements {investment and technology transfer}.
4.  Advising and assisting the clients in complying with various procedural formalities of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) prescribed under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 with           regard to issue and transfer of securities to foreign collaborators, external commercial borrowings and misc. other matters.
5.  Advising and assisting the clients in complying with various procedural formalities prescribed under the Foreign Contribution (Regulations) Act, 1976 with regard to receipts of         donation/contribution from foreign sources and matters incidental thereto.
