The founder of INDIAN CONNECTIONS Mr. Neel kanth comes from a humble middle class background who started his career as an employee with an Indian Star Trading House M/s. Eastern Cottage Industries in the year 1988, as a management trainee. Here his main responsibilities involved taking care of all vendors, products supply and sourcing all type of products from India's different states, to fulfill the requirements of the company 's international clients and take care of all export commodities, board liasoning jobs with the Custom, Banking and other foreign exchange departments to update the company record as their authorized executive.

After having an experience of approximate 15 years with Indian export & trading houses, our founder Mr. Neel decided to fulfill his dream of starting an exclusive merchandising servicing in India. In the year 2003 he founded the company Indian Connection with the support of his overseas International import and export houses contacts, who appreciated and encouraged him to start this business in India, as their merchandising agent and to take care of their reasonable merchandising export-import in this country.

With his strong expertise and product vision of different merchandises sourcing from India’s various states, and daily dealing with various government department Liaoning through Custom and shipping & air agencies , many Indian exporters gave Mr. Neel the opportunity to work for their organization. He also participated in all international exhibitions in Europe, and the U.S., continents to boost their merchandise On behalf of their company as product development-marketing consultant, during same period Mr. Neel got the employment opportunity to work in Milan/Italy on behalf of Indian export houses and took care of their designing and marketing in the entire European sector in the year 2001. Till today Mr. Neel name is very popular with world 's leading import houses in fashion and home decoration concepts such as INDITEX Group (ZARA, Massimo dutti), El Corte Inglese, Monsoon, Accessories, Pier Import, Pier 1 Import, Hobby Lobby, Rubinstein Arry, Karstadt Qualle, and many small medium bulk and chain of stores groups, who are very well versed with Mr. Neel's merchandising execution.

Since Mr. Neel was taking care of Indian exporters, all marketing and product development execution, he had the opportunity to participate in world's leading trade shows and export promotion tours on behalf of Indian export houses such as, U.S. Art Handicrafts and Consumable goods shows in various U.S. states, Europe's Leading trade shows in Spain, France, Germany, Holland, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, and U.K. etc, as well in Hong Kong House ware-giftware-Building hardware and fashion jewellery shows ?? China Canton shows, Middle East Dubai Hardware-giftware-consumable-food agro and African Trade events in West-Eastern-Central and South African Zone.,, where each country's economy knowledge guided him regarding the necessity of a country and what are their requirements regarding various products i.e. consumable, food agro, art handicrafts-fashion accessories , building hardware or any other allied raw materials etc.

In the year 2003, Mr. Neel got the opportunity to work for the African, Asian (SAARC Nation) Latin American and Middle East countries and their demand for consumable goods. He spent few years in Dubai to execute all international and Indian products for caption countries and did huge business for Indian export-import houses who were running corporate offices from the Dubai market. Mr. Neel also established a strong business network in these continents and undertook extensive business promotion traveling to achieve a whopping approx. 25 million dollar sales Target, on behalf of a Dubai based company for exporting Building Hardware ?? Plumbing Sanitary fitting, Household goods and appliances , consumable goods and food agro commodities etc. in the year 2004-2005.

In the same year Mr. Neel found a drastic change in Indian economy where there was a huge import rise and the percentage of exports plunged because of China's entry in the international market. Consequently ,the world market got disturbed just because of stiff competition in all the countries worldwide. Here Mr. Neel once again got the opportunity to work with many countries - their specific and popular products, and launched them in the Indian economy as their representative. He took care of their sales with Indian Import houses. Mr. Neel also participated in all potential trade exhibition and guided them to promote their products in different states, Mr. Neel has been working for the promotion of import of Olive Oil , fruit juices, Soya Products , Cosmetic products, Wine Bear , Dry fruits, Spices, confectionery, Machinery and many other merchandises for Indian economy.

After gaining knowledge about different countries economic vision, Mr. Neel decided that he could easily ascertain what product one economy needed and what was the user buying power ratio, where all terms and conditions and export-import elements were arranged by him catering to buyer-seller absolute demand. Mr. Neel has his own philosophy of product placement in each economy according to his 20 yeas expertise. In spite of having commercial education background he believes in practical presence of mind and decision taking aptitude instead of restricting oneself to theoretical philosophy, particularly when the economy is always changing. In such circumstances it is always the experience that can work better than mere philosophical and fundamental explanations.
